We want you to be completely satisfied with your Big Green Egg purchase; if you are not, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund. Please note that for safety reasons, used grills and charcoal products cannot be returned once opened.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unused product in its original box with all manuals and accessories included to ensure a safe transit back to our facility.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the provided prepaid shipping label and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered or removed.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
